Ms. Zainab Monguno

Zainab Monguno is an investment and governance professional with experience spanning investment management, capital markets, enterprise risk, and regulatory compliance.

She currently serves as Managing Director of Addaite MNG Limited, a private investment firm that provides wealth management, investment advisory, and capital allocation services to private clients. In this role, she provides strategic oversight of investment portfolios and participates in the evaluation, structuring, and management of investments across multiple asset classes.

Zainab’s career at the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) included work in IT Security and Compliance. Her responsibilities there covered enterprise risk controls, regulatory and data protection compliance, information security governance, policy implementation, and the assessment of technology and operational risks.

She serves on the Audit, Risk Management and Corporate Governance Committee of a fractional-ownership investment entity, contributing to oversight of risk management, internal controls, financial reporting, and corporate governance.

Zainab has undertaken extensive professional and executive development in cybersecurity, information technology governance, data analytics, strategic management and finance. She also completed the Venture Capital and Private Equity: Investment Strategies executive education program at Imperial College Business School.

She brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines investment judgment, technological insight, risk management and governance, with a particular interest in strengthening capital market institutions and expanding sustainable investment opportunities across Africa.

Ms. Monguno was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in August 2026.
