NASD PLC (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes the personal data we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the rights you have under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

- Contact data — name, email, phone, and organisation when you submit a form, request API access, or contact our team.
- Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, browser/device information, and approximate location derived from your IP.
- Account data — credentials for the Data Portal or API, plus API request logs.
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the services you request.
- To respond to enquiries, support requests, and applications (e.g. broker registration).
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory obligations.
- To improve our products and analytics, where lawful.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with: (a) authorised service providers under written contract, (b) regulators when required by law, and (c) successors in the event of a corporate restructuring. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
5. Your rights
