Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, managing NASD’s social media platforms, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, presentations, reports, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for corporate events, webinars, campaigns, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagements.
- Design annual reports, AGM materials, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, and other corporate publications.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Develop content calendars and campaign plans for corporate initiatives, events, webinars, market education programmes, and product launches.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify engagement opportunities.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Edit and enhance photographs, videos, and multimedia content where required.
- Ensure consistency of NASD’s brand identity across all communication channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, social media management, or digital communications, preferably within a corporate, financial services, media, or communications environment.
- Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms.
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
