Data Deletion Request
Ask us to delete your NASD Mobile account and the personal data held against it. Give us the email address and phone number you registered with, and we will confirm by email once it is done.
What we can and cannot delete
We will delete your app account and the personal details attached to it. As a regulated securities exchange, NASD must retain certain records — trade and transaction history, and identification records collected for regulatory purposes — for the period the Securities and Exchange Commission and Nigerian law require. Those records are kept only for that purpose and deleted when the retention period ends.
